The City of Paullina informs our utility customers on a quarterly basis by sending a newsletter in an envelope along with their utility bill postcard or statement. The content of these issues may feature seasonally specific subjects, reminders, tips and highlight recent or planned updates. For more recent news, look to our Facebook page or the NEWS section of this site as shown on the home page.

If you didn’t get a print copy of the newsletter or lost track of your copy, the City office has extra copies as well as posts it to the bulletin board. You can also call us to have one emailed or mailed out to you. This is our way of staying in touch on a regular basis with customers who may not have internet access to view our other options. If you know a customer who isn’t online, please help make sure they are able to be informed through the quarterly newsletter via postal mail.
